Mia Cristina was born in Medellín, Colombia and raised in culturally vibrant South Florida. She studied Fashion Marketing at Savannah College of Art and Design, and began her career in dress-up working on fashion shows in Miami. After a stint in marketing and sales, Mia began working in the costume department in TV, and soon after joined IATSE Local USA 829 as a Costume Coordinator on Law & Order. She’s now working as an ACD in film & TV, and as a wardrobe stylist for commercials. When she’s not designing, shopping, or dressing people up for work, she enjoys listening to Patti Smith, baking tarts, and being a cat & dog mom.
